Phew! Just made it.

Due to the way my school schedule is this semester I'm going to update on Fridays from now on. My Mondays are super packed.

I should change that banner...

Yay! More updates, So where did the goo go? We may never know. At least until next Friday.
Keep up the good work!

Finally finding out neither can understand the other.

So the good old tradition of using pictures and gestures (with blood/goo coming from the eyes) to get things moving.

Slightly more effort @Alohilani: If you do change the banner I vote that you just put a little asterisk on the end of Monday and put "actually Friday" in small print in the lower right corner.

@(Guest): ...Actually that might be a good idea because I want to go back to Mondays when I can...

Despite knowing (about?) alien languages, she's so stuck in her American human mindset that she can't seem to quite grasp how to best talk to/threaten an alien species that doesn't know English. I wonder if ANY of that penetrated, aside from the two words Kila already understands.

I'm thinking that those graphics are an attempt to ask "Are you dying?"

@Alohilani: maybe put 'day(s) of the week' on the banner. That way it can be pretty ambiguous. Poor Ila and the stuff from her eyes, by-the-by.

The Question: She's a "weapon" class, as of the last page of Chapter 4. The black goop. Even if it is a bad installation/imprint on the wrong species, it must do or be caused by something, yes?

There is feeling sorry for a sympathetic character who has no idea what's happening to her, and then there is the apprehension about *what* may be happening to her.

Found this comic this morning and finished it tonight. I love it and love the characters. Especially Kila. Hope she can fix her eye
